We started on details for the house. It seems premature but if we start the process now we will be better prepared for making good decisions later. It is a dead time in the process and very frustrating. We are still waiting on the estimate for construction costs for the plan we developed and approval for our loan request. All we can do right now is worry. We are concerned that we will exceed our budget. This makes us nervous and hesitant to make decisions. But while we wait it is time to think about details and finishes.
